PMAC Program Overview

LMS PROLINK Ltd. is proud to deliver the PMAC National Liability Insurance Program to PMAC members. LMS PROLINK and PMAC have worked closely to provide members with access to both Professional Liability and Commercial General Liability insurance. This program has been developed to serve the needs of the independent supply chain management professional. The Program is not geared to members working as corporate supply chain management professionals (i.e., employees) for private entities and the public sector.

Professional Liability
Professional Liability insurance (also known as Errors & Omissions) will cover mistakes, negligent advice and omissions committed while performing professional activities within the scope of being a supply chain management professional. It covers all supply chain management professionals and employees working for the insured company. The protection covers allegations, whether factual or not, and, of course, your legal costs to defend a civil suit. If you are found liable, the insurer will pay the damages for which you are held legally responsible. Liability limits available start at $500,000 per loss and can go above $2,000,000 if required.

Commercial General Liability (CGL)
The CGL policy covers bodily injury and property damage to third parties. Coverage is triggered by a lawsuit that results from the negligent actions of a director, officer, partner or employee of the firm. The protection covers allegations, whether factual or not, and, of course, your legal costs to defend a civil suit. Liability limits start at $1,000,000 per loss and can go as high as $5,000,000 per loss.

Office Property and Crime Insurance
LMS PROLINK can create a property package covering your business contents, expenses incurred due to business interruptions, crime and much more.
