Office Property Insurance
Coverage may be purchased for both commercial premises and "Home Based Businesses". Some residential insurance policies offer "Home Based Business" riders. However, they should be read very carefully to ensure that they offer adequate coverage. Many of these products are strictly limited to "on premises" coverage for both property and liability.
